2015 Art Porto Cervo MDM Museum The MDM Museum was founded in the Autumn of 2007 to overcome the obsolete cliché according to which cultural places are often considered boring. The museum's location itself immediately suggests this goal, as the building rises in the context of the Promenade du Port in Porto Cervo, a Cultural District that winds along the historical touristic port through boutiques, art galleries and food excellencies. For MDM Museum Artitaly has created a digital platform to promote the exhibitions of Amedeo Modigliani as well as the most important artists of Urban and Pop Art (from Keith Haring to Andy Warhol), who find in the museum an unique and exclusive stage. In fact, all the exhibitions are visible on the web thanks to the "virtual tour" mode (www.mdmmuseum.com), according to a new idea of culture that merges tradition and innovation. We have also used the QR code to allow the visitors to live a 360° experience with the masterpieces directly from their own electronic devices.
